HISTORY
Clark Houser Waltz began his family business in 1947. Clark was father to 3 sons and 4 daughters. All three sons were involved in the business over the years and now 56 years later the youngest son Theodore J. Waltz is owner and CEO. He has daughters and relatives in his employ.

The first facility was 1500 square feet and displayed the one brand of farm tractor that the company sold, the Sheppard Diesel. Our showroom now boasts 25,000 square feet with several warehouses and a state of the art shop. Case Farm and Construction Equipment became part of our line-up in 1951 and still remains the backbone of our operation today |
We are a diversified sales, service, and rental dealer that has served our Northeast Central Pennsylvania communities since 1947. We focus on providing all equipment needs for homeowners, contractors, and farmers. Check out our entire line of lawn & garden equipment and accessories, construction equipment, agricultural tractors and attachments, and all-terrain vehicles.
We have expanded from being mainly a farm supply store to selling a wide variety of equipment to meet all your construction, farming, home and garden, and recreational equipment needs. We take pride in servicing everything we sell and finding the equipment that meets your needs. Our multimillion dollar inventory has grown from its early starting point of 25,000 dollars.
We employ approximately 20 full and part-time people. Our employees are always attending schools and classes to grow their knowledge to better serve you. The family business began with 3-4 family members as employees.
Our service manager Ken Younkin specializes in getting your equipment repaired right the first time Our prices are fair, our work is honest and guaranteed. Ken is your advocate for all your warranty issues and works hard to keep your equipment running. Our Service Department consists of 8 technicians that are specialized in servicing all the equipment we carry. |

Our comprehensive parts department has parts to help you fix almost anything. Del, Denny, and Seth are all experienced parts technicians waiting to find the right part for you, whether its a chainsaw bar, a tractor belt, or a lawn mower blade we've got you covered. We supply and stock Fairbanks Morse and Wico Magneto parts, and supply and stock Marvel Schrebler & Zenith Carburetors and repair parts, too. Steve Heikes in our sales manager he's knowledgeable and friendly and wants to sell you the equipment that is right for you. We specialize in finding the machinery that matches your needs so you are a satisfied customer.
Owner & CEO Ted Waltz has been an integral part of the business since 1958. He and his wife the late Connie L. Waltz managed the business for approximately 25 years. Presently Ted gets help with managing the business from daughters Brenda Hoover and Deanna Boehret. We all look forward to giving you honest and quality service always with a smile.
