Sales Representative



Job Description

We are growing our Kubota tractor and construction equipment sales in the Bloomsburg and Winfield sales markets by hiring a results-driven sales representative to create, maintain and grow customer relationships by selling tractors and other equipment to best fit our customers’ needs while growing sales revenue to meet provided sales goals each month.


This position is both salary and commission based. We have openings in both Bloomsburg and Winfield, Pennsylvania.




  • Primary responsibility is to sell Kubota and other brands of ag and residential tractors, construction equipment and recreational equipment to residential and business customers
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive customer relationships
  • Follow up with store walk-ins and prospective customers on their equipment needs
  • Regularly engage in cold calling prospective customers
  • Attend off-site events when necessary
  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
  • Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
  • Maintain a clean, orderly inventory inside and outside
  • Greet all customers quickly with a friendly and warm attitude
  • Promptly direct customers to the appropriate department
  • Continuously improve through feedback
  • Set-up signs, banners and other displays when directed
  • Assisting other departments in order to grow overall revenue and business relationships
  • Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor in-person, on the phone and through all digital correspondence while on company property, at company sponsored events, wearing company logo, and driving company vehicles

The SALES REPRESENTATIVE will report directly to the Sales Manager.

This position is both salary and commission based.


The position is Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm and Saturdays 8 am to noon.

Preferred Skills

We are considering all skill levels for this position. Ideally, we are looking for the below skills but would consider any candidate who is able to show they have a background involving tractors or similar equipment, a willingness to be on-time and work hard, and a desire to learn.

  • Proven work experience as a sales representative
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Ability to build productive business professional relationships
  • Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
  • Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
  • Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
  • Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
