Service Writer

Immediate opening for SERVICE WRITER with the largest dealer in Northcentral PA at our Bloomsburg, PA store.  Candidate should be results-driven with strong interpersonal skills, a problem solver, and possess some basic knowledge of tractors, farming, construction work and/or service knowledge.

 

Responsibilities

• Utilize company software for scheduling and invoicing,
• Assign projects to CHWS service technicians and truck drivers,
• Order and have ready necessary parts for each project,
• Communicate regularly with customers about project status and rental equipment,
• Load and unload service and rental equipment

Preferred Skills

• Proven work experience as a Service Writer or Technician
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, computer skills

• Product and mechanical knowledge of tractors and implements
• Excellent organization skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to multi-task
• Phone and email etiquette
• Friendly and professional attitude

 

Hours

This position is Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm and Saturdays 8am to noon as scheduled.
